Description
Plan fun day trips from Tokyo with a 1-day discounted rail pass. Visit beautiful locations of your choice like Kawagoe or Chichibu. You can also use the pass to make your way to seasonal activities. Plan your own self-guided tour through cities like Kawagoe and Chichibu from Tokyo. Visit various places along the Seibu lines all courtesy of your discounted pass. Depending on the season you can locate the best sakura viewing spots, summer festivals, fall colors and winter illuminations.
Cancellation Policy
- From 15:00 of the previous day, tickets are non-refundable. Once your voucher is exchanged, no refunds will be allowed with the exception of the following circumstances: In case of natural disasters, mechanical failure or other circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator, tickets can be refunded via VELTRA.

Passes can only be picked up and used on the date selected when booking.
Please pick up your pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro.
Business hours: 8:00 - 18:00, all year
*VELTRA vouchers can be exchanged for passes from 08:00 - 15:00.
Location: Ikebukuro Station 1F
The Information center can be found right by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exist is the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.)

Additional Notes
- Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center in Ikebukuro Station (see schedule for location details).
- Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. Presenting your passport or resident card is required when picking up your ticket.
- Please note that use of the Tamagawa Line is not included in this pass.
- Please note that to use the Limited Express, you must pay a surcharge. Use of the Limited Express is not included in this pass.
- You may exchange your VELTRA voucher for a pass on the date you made your reservation. You may not exchange for it on an earlier date.
